PermitOS

HOW PERMITOS WORKS

A defined path from property question to reviewed findings

Each order covers one property identified by the customer and one proposed use. PermitOS does not search a region for candidate properties. Work begins after the required intake is complete.

01

Create the project brief

Identify the exact property with an address, parcel identifier or legal description, then record the proposed use, size, ownership stage and target timeline. Upload any documents you already have. The optional checklist is only for supplied information; it is not homework required before ordering.

02

Choose the right research depth

Use the $49 Permit Snapshot for early screening, the $299 Feasibility Report for deeper due diligence, or request a custom Verified Pathway when direct confirmations and coordination are needed.

03

PermitOS researches available sources

The researcher reviews relevant public and agency materials, organizes likely authorities and constraints, preserves source links and labels evidence gaps. Unknowns remain visible.

04

Quality checks before release

Each deliverable is reviewed for internal consistency, clear conclusions, source support and appropriate limitations before it reaches your account.

05

Use the next-step checklist

Open the report from your account, save or print it, and use the recommended sequence for agency questions, additional records and licensed professional work.
