What is PermitOS?
PermitOS is a human-reviewed property and permit research service from Ryze Property Solutions LLC. It organizes available sources, likely authorities, visible constraints, unresolved questions and practical next steps for one parcel and one proposed use.
Who uses PermitOS?
PermitOS is designed for land buyers, property owners, small developers, brokers and project teams who need an organized first look before committing more money to a site or design.
What is included in a Permit Snapshot?
The Snapshot covers early screening, likely authorities, visible land-use and site constraints, source links, unresolved questions and a prioritized next-step checklist.
What is included in a Feasibility Report?
The Feasibility Report adds detailed jurisdiction, authority, infrastructure and site-constraint research, a classified findings matrix and an approval-path checklist.
Does PermitOS contact government agencies?
Direct agency confirmation is not included in the Snapshot or Feasibility Report unless specifically stated. Agreed outreach can be included in a custom Verified Pathway scope.
Does a report guarantee a permit or that land is buildable?
No. PermitOS reports are informational due-diligence products. Agencies and qualified professionals make determinations within their authority, and available records can be incomplete or change.
How long does delivery take?
The target is three business days for a Permit Snapshot and seven business days for a Feasibility Report after the required intake is complete. Custom work has a written schedule.
What information should I provide?
Provide the parcel or address, proposed use, expected scale, property status, timing and any survey, title, utility, access or prior agency information you already possess.
Can PermitOS find candidate properties in a city, county or region?
No. PermitOS researches a specific property that you identify by address, parcel identifier or legal description. It does not perform regional reverse lookups, generate candidate-property lists or rank locations.
Do I need to complete the optional project checklist?
No. It only records information you already supplied. PermitOS performs the research included in the deliverable you purchase.
Can a report conclude that a project looks unfavorable?
Yes. A conditional, unknown or unfavorable conclusion can still be valuable because it identifies risk before additional design, purchase or application expense.
