Service Terms

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating a project, submitting information, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and the linked Refund Policy and Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the property owner or other person or entity you identify.

2. Services and scope

PermitOS provides property and permit research based on the service selected at checkout and the information available to us. The current paid beta offers are:

• Permit Snapshot — $49. A concise review of the property, likely authorities, visible permitting considerations, and recommended next steps. Target delivery is within 3 business days after complete intake.
• Feasibility Report — $299. A deeper review of the proposed project, relevant pathways, constraints, open issues, and source-backed recommendations. Target delivery is within 7 business days after complete intake.
• Verified Pathway — from $1,500. Custom-scoped research and agency coordination offered only after written scope, price, and timing are agreed.

A service may result in an uncertain or unfavorable finding. That result still completes the research service when it accurately reflects the information available.

3. What the service is not

PermitOS reports are informational research products. They are not legal, engineering, architectural, surveying, environmental, tax, or financial advice. They do not replace professional plans, title work, inspections, agency determinations, applications, or permits. Ryze Property Solutions LLC does not promise that a permit will be issued, that a project is buildable or profitable, or that an agency will agree with a report.

4. Your information and cooperation

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and documents. You must have the right to share submitted material. Delivery timing begins after we receive the information reasonably needed for the selected service and may pause while we await clarification. You are responsible for checking names, addresses, parcel identifiers, project details, and other facts before relying on a report.

5. Sources, changes, and corrections

Research may rely on public records, agency materials, maps, third-party databases, and information you supply. Those sources can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or changed without notice. A report reflects the sources and date stated in it. If you identify a material factual error attributable to our work, email support@ryzetx.com within 14 days after delivery so we can review and, when appropriate, correct the report.

6. Prices and payment

Prices shown at checkout are in U.S. dollars and cover only the selected scope. Stripe processes card payments; PermitOS does not receive or store your full card number. Taxes or third-party charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before payment or included in an agreed custom quote. You authorize the one-time charge shown at checkout.

7. Delivery and account access

We deliver completed reports through the applicable PermitOS order or report page after human review. You are responsible for maintaining access to the account used to place the order and for saving a copy of the completed report. Delivery estimates are targets rather than guarantees. We will communicate a material delay when reasonably possible.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ownership and permitted use

You retain ownership of material you submit. After full payment, Ryze Property Solutions LLC grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share the delivered report for the property and project identified in the order. We retain ownership of our methods, templates, software, and general know-how. You may not resell a report as a standalone product, remove source or limitation notices, misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.

10. Disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service and reports are provided as available and without warranties beyond those expressly stated here. Your decisions about a property, purchase, design, construction, financing, or permit remain your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, Ryze Property Solutions LLC’s total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. This limitation does not apply where the law does not permit it.

11. Suspension and changes

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, nonpayment, unlawful use, or harm to the service or others. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. The terms shown when you place an order govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.

12. Governing law and contact

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction where Ryze Property Solutions LLC has its principal office at the time the claim is filed, unless applicable law requires another forum. Before filing a claim, please contact support@ryzetx.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
