Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to request help

Email support@ryzetx.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will acknowledge the request and review the order status.

Before research begins

You may cancel for a full refund if we receive your request before substantive research or review has begun.

After research begins

If work has started but the report has not been delivered, contact us promptly. We will assess the completed work and any nonrecoverable third-party costs. We may issue a full or partial refund when reasonable, but a refund is not automatic after work begins.

After delivery

Because each report is prepared for a specific property and project, completed and delivered services are generally non-refundable. We will review requests involving:

• a duplicate charge;
• a paid order that was not delivered;
• the wrong service or property being delivered due to our error; or
• a material factual or production error attributable to our work that we cannot reasonably correct.

An uncertain or unfavorable feasibility conclusion is not, by itself, a basis for a refund.

Incomplete intake and delays

Delivery targets begin after complete intake. If required information is missing, the order remains open and the delivery clock pauses. If we cannot perform the selected service after reviewing the intake, we will contact you and may cancel and refund the affected service.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe and your financial institution control posting time; most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval. We do not provide cash or refund to a different payment method.

Charge concerns

Please contact us promptly about an unrecognized or incorrect charge so we can investigate. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law or through your card issuer.
